We’re really sorry to hear that. First of all, get in touch with the restaurant. You can find their phone number in the order confirmation email we sent you and your order details page on Just Eat.
If they can’t solve things to your satisfaction, get in touch with us. Have your order number handy - it’ll be in your order confirmation email.
On iPhone:
- Log in if you haven’t already
- Tap on Settings at the bottom of the home screen
- Tap Help, scroll down the screen and select Chat to us
On Android:
- Log in if you haven’t already
- Tap on the menu button in the top-left corner of the home screen and select Help
- Select Online support
- Scroll down the screen and tap Chat to us
On the web:
- Log in to just-eat.co.uk and click or tap on your name in the top-right corner of the homepage
- Select Help and select Can we help with something else?
- Click or tap on Chat now
It's also worth giving the restaurant feedback by leaving a review.
On iPhone:
- Tap on Orders at the bottom of the home screen
- Log in if you haven’t already
- Choose the order you’d like to review
- Tap Review your order to get started
On Android:
- Tap on the menu button in the top-left corner of the home screen and select Your orders
- Log in if you haven’t already
- Choose the order you’d like to review
- Tap Review your order to get started
On the web:
- Log in to just-eat.co.uk and click or tap on your name in the top-right corner of the homepage
- Select Your orders and choose the one you’d like to review
- Leave your review on the Order details page that opens
Try and be constructive – we discuss reviews (good and bad) with restaurants and it helps them improve their service. It also helps other people using Just Eat decide where to order from. We know this won't fix your order but it will hopefully improve things in the future.
